Kansas Organization of Recyclers is a non-profit (501c3), membership based network of representatives from government, industry, non-profit and public entities and individuals that support environmental stewardship through waste reduction, composting, reuse, recycling, and sustainable efforts in Kansas.

KOR provides advocacy, information, technical support, networking and educational opportunities in partnership with local, state, regional and national organizations.

Each year at our Annual Conference, the Kansas Organization of Recyclers recognizes those whose efforts in recycling and waste reduction in Kansas, and across the country, positively impact Kansans. A list of past honorees can be viewed below.

BOARD OF DIRECTORS

KOR Voting (Regular) Members elect the Board of Directors each year at the Annual Conference.  The Board has a maximum of 15 (fifteen) members who serve a two year term.  Terms are staggered so that about half the Board members' terms expire each year.  Only KOR Voting (Regular) members are eligible to serve on the Board.  More information about election of Board members can be found in the KOR By-Laws (Who We Are)
